FIRST INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON THE GEOGRAPHY OF EUROPE

Eugeo2007, the first conference on on the Geography of Europe, has come to an end. We would like to thank all who participated in this Conference, be it as a speaker, sponsor or participant.

For three days, scolars and policymakers assembled to generate new geographical views on Europe's major problems. This resulted in the publication of a Manifesto, that will be presented to policymakers and planners throughout Europe, and senior officials in the EU Commission. It is also directed to geographers everywhere, and to fellow professionals and civil activists in all walks of life throughout the world.
